The 7-step chain

This is the overall path, not a commitment. You can stop at any step:

Step 1: Read & learn

At nhachung.org. Understand the program, read the life journal.

Step 2: Apply for 1–3 days

Short experience. Contribute 2–3 hrs/day. See if it fits.

Step 3: Join exchange

2–3 hrs/day of exchange & shared work. Show you're trustworthy.

Step 4: Online community

Join Muôn Nơi online. Stay connected after leaving Nhà Chung.

Step 5: Long-term

1 week · 1 month · 3 months. Deeper contribution, clearer role.

Step 6: Real projects

Collaborate on real Muôn Nơi projects. Concrete output, responsibility.

Step 7: Coordinate / Open new

Become a coordinator or open a new Nhà Chung in your locality.

Steps 3–4: Contributor

After 1–3 days, if you fit and want to continue, you become a contributor. You join the Muôn Nơi online community, stay connected, contribute when there are projects.

A contributor isn't a formal role with a contract. It's trust: you've shown you contribute genuinely, you're invited to go deeper. It might be writing, translating, supporting the next cycle, referring suitable people.

"I came for 3 days, wrote 2 articles. A month later the founder asked if I wanted to translate for international visitors. I agreed. 3 months later I became a regular contributor. No one offered me — I showed my capability." — a participant.

Steps 5–6: Coordinator

A coordinator is someone who helps cycles run smoothly:

A coordinator isn't a "manager" in the corporate sense. It's a companion — someone who's experienced, understands the process, is ready to help. Financial support may be available by agreement and scale.

Step 7: Open a new Nhà Chung

The most long-term goal: open a new Nhà Chung. Each location has its own character — technology, nature, family, international experts. Lạc Dương is just the start.

If you have a suitable house, or know a suitable location, and you've experienced enough to understand the model — you can open a new Nhà Chung. You become a host companion, coordinator at the new location, or refer suitable people.

"What matters isn't the house — but the people who together create value inside it." — Nhà Chung principle.
